Chopped, channeled, widened, lengthened, sectioned and custom fabricated by the hand of Voodoo Larry of Chicago. This ‘46 Ford Custom, Gene Winfield tribute includes exhaust tip mounted flame throwers guaranteed to spark up conversations everywhere you go!

   Assembled from the most distinctive parts and pieces. It's representative of several different years, makes and models in one brilliant Frankenstein. Not only did Voodoo Larry want his car to be a nod to Winfield, but he also wanted to tip his hat to the Barris brothers, the Ayala brothers, Dean Jefferies and other early customizers.

   Voodoo Larry spent 13 months customizing every aspect of this build. The top was chopped 5 1/2 inches in front and 8 inches in the rear. The roof was shortened by 8 inches to create a streamlined stretch-deck look in the Lincoln-Zephyr/Delahaye family. The rear window is still factory original and the B-pillars were canted to help create a teardrop shape.

   The hood was forged from scratch utilizing 5 pieces of sheet metal and the English wheel. The custom-made hood is attached rather uniquely to the fenders and cowl with a handmade hinge mechanism that lifts the panel slightly and opens forward towards the grille.
